16. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING COMPLIANCE

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Chona Sweet LLC  for updates related to your care, appointments, or inquiries. Under California’s 2025 SMS regulations:

1. Frequency: You will receive no more than four (4) SMS messages per month unless additional messages are necessary for your care.
2. Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.
3. Data Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

5. Privacy: Your phone number will only be used for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number in SMS messaging.
